Long story short, I’m camped in a parking lot next to a full campground in the middle of Czechia. Met and rode most of the day with a lovely Austrian named Phillip. Also next to us is a French cyclist named Oliver.
We had dinner together: ramen, almonds, some peach like fruit. Mentos for dessert. Oliver played some guitar and sang some songs.
Riding is remote and there aren’t any bike trails in these parts. Hilly but all good. Hot, finally.
Happen to be next to a castle which is on the river Vltava. Had a skinny dip in it and a free after hours walk through this ancient castle.
Being brief because I’m running on reserve power supply. More tomorrow hopefully!
I’ll miss reading about todays adventures.

Short and sweet – that’s okay. Sorry the campground is full but happy all is good and you have someone to ride/camp with. Dinner sounded a little sparse but at least you had something!
On the plus side, you weren’t completely turned away. And it sounds like you found pleasant company.
